Adam Buster is a Lean Process / Quality Manager Commercial Emulsions for Dyno Nobel.  He earned his BS in Biology / Chemistry from Missouri Southern State University and Black Belt in Six Sigma from Missouri Southern State University. His areas of expertise include, data collection, training, six sigma improvement methods, Lean concepts & principles, passionate leader, and coach.

Adam is grateful to be a part of the Dyno Nobel family since 2007 when he started his career as an operator directly out of college. He worked as an Emulsion Supervisor, Packaged Emulsion Manager, and has been involved in business improvement since 2013. Adam Buster is currently the Lean Process / Quality Manager Commercial Emulsions for Dyno Nobel.

He is married with two daughters and currently lives in Webb City, Missouri. In his free time, Adam is an avid fisherman, car enthusiast, outdoorsman, and loves working on the family farm.
