Randi Seiwald is a consultant on the technical team at Dyno Nobel. She graduated with a bachelor’s in mining engineering and management from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 2019. This year she is starting a Master's in Explosives Engineering at the University of Missouri. 

She kicked off her career by working with Nevada Gold Mines (formerly Newmont) on surface and underground gold operations for 3 years, where she focused on mine planning and blasting. For the last two years, Randi worked with DynoConsult in Florida, focusing on quarry vibration management, and blasting optimization. 

Currently, Randi is imbedded at Haile Gold Mine assisting in vibration and fragmentation optimization.
